Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Dealer Agent, a private internal tool for a single auto dealership. By signing in or connecting an account to the app, you agree to these terms.

Who may use the app

Access is limited to people authorized by the dealership. You must keep your sign-in credentials private and must not share access with anyone else.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for the dealership's legitimate business.
• Enter customer information only when you have a lawful reason to hold it.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or bypass the app's security.

Connected accounts

If you connect a Google account, the app will access your Google Calendar as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.

Calculations and AI output

Figures such as max bids, payments, and gross estimates, and any AI-generated text or document readings, are aids to decision-making. They can be wrong. You are responsible for checking them before relying on them in a deal, a bid, or a customer communication.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, change, or lose data. Keep your own records of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the app's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or data, arising from use of the app.

Ending access

Access may be suspended or ended at any time, for example if these terms are broken.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
